1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include browser local storage and session storage, which the CoachOS dashboard may use to keep the app responsive while you work. This notice describes our default deployment; if your operator adds analytics or ads, they should update this page.

2. How we use cookies and storage

• Strictly necessary (authentication and security): When you sign in, Supabase Auth sets cookies and tokens so your session persists securely. These are required for the dashboard and Family hub.
• Functional (app behavior): The dashboard may store workspace and program data in the browser (for example localStorage) for performance, offline resilience, or demo mode, as described in Documentation.
• Analytics: We do not load third-party advertising or behavioral analytics scripts on our marketing pages or in the CoachOS dashboard in the stock deployment. If you add tools such as Google Analytics, update this section and your consent approach to match.
• Marketing: None in the default deployment.

3. Payments (Stripe)

When billing is enabled and you use checkout or the customer portal, Stripe may set cookies on Stripe’s own domains to process payments and prevent fraud. See Stripe’s cookie policy.

4. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary auth cookies may prevent sign-in. For storage keys used by the app, clearing site data for CoachOS will remove locally cached content. California and other jurisdictions may provide additional rights regarding “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; we do not sell personal information as defined by those laws in our default configuration.
